Body and Mind Healing - The Final Reiki Teachings
Reiki 3 is a follow up from Reiki Level 2, the prerequisite is having learned Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 plus completed our 7 weeks of Chi Kung / Qigong training at Body & Mind Healing School.
The importance of having Reiki Experience
We also suggest and recommend that the all Reiki students have some hands on Reiki healing experience with all Reiki practices taught in our Reiki 1 course and Reiki 2 training.
Qigong to Empower Your Reiki Development
It is now evident that original Reiki has elements of Qigong, the founder Mikao Usui practiced and taught a form of Qigong or Kiko as it is known in Japan, to his first students (1915 to 1920). For those who have completed our 7 weeks (35 Days) Qigong (Chi Kung) Healing course, will be allowed to register for Reiki level 3 course, after completion of their Qigong training. Qigong training does not need to be completed in one go and Reiki students can accumulate more Qigong training weeks, when they have time.
Our Body and Mind Healing Reiki students that are unable to complete our Chiang Mai Qigong training are allow to partake on request and we will inform the student the necessary requirements to join our Reiki 3 course, depending on their length of Reiki experience and their circumstances. Please bare in mind that our Qigong training is an extension to developing the power of Reiki self healing and also develops our potential, to work with Reiki more efficiently.
Reiki at Body and Mind Healing
For those who studied Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 at other schools, will need to review Reiki level 1 and Reiki level 2 at Body and Mind Healing so additional 2 days is required and complete (planning to complete and pre-book) 7 week Qigong Healing training. The importance of reviewing our Reiki courses, is you get a full outline of our complete Reiki training.

Reiki Level 3, is the final teachings, were the student takes themselves to the next steps in their Reiki practice and development, with the aim of helping to inspire and teach or share Reiki with others, to awaken their own Reiki healing potential and Reiki healing power.
