Our Traditional Hatha Yoga classes are intermediate Hatha Yoga Style with a blend of Iyenger Yoga for alignment, Ashtanga Yoga for development and stamina, Vinyasa Yoga for the Yoga flow and movement, and Vini Yoga for internalization and softening, allowing our Yoga students to work on harmonizing their breath, mind and inner core with the physical aspects of your Yoga Asana practice, helping to improve overall Yoga practice and energy flow, within body and mind.
Deepening our Yoga Practice
The yoga session held at Body and Mind Healing offers a method of Yoga, which allows the Yoga student to go into more deeper aspects of their Yoga practice, bringing the external and internal elements of Yoga into balance, therefore we also focus on the meditation aspects of Hatha and Raja Yoga, to help our Yoga students further develop their spiritual potential.
