Rod is an amazing "yogi" with much patience in his teaching skills. It is very obvious the wisdom he has. He is very thorough and takes the time to correct and show you the right way in your asanas. He also helped to make me feel relaxed.

The yoga beginners' course includes detailed instruction on how to start your journey into yoga. The primary aim in this yoga beginners' course is for the student to feel comfortable in their first steps in learning about yoga. Your yoga instructor will guide all students step by step and day by day to help the beginner yoga student to develop their yoga practice and understanding of how to practise correctly. The first steps in yoga are to help the beginner yoga student to feel comfortable with the body, and we try consciously to increase the body flexibility to help us to achieve that. The goal in learning yoga is not the body; that is just the first step. The goal in learning yoga is that we can embrace the power of peace and harmony between body and mind.
