Body and Mind Healing's Chiang Mai Reiki healing first course is focused on understanding how to heal with Reiki for ourselves. We teach 4 effective Reiki practices to help our new Reiki students access their Reiki healing potential.
Reiki Exercises to Improve Body & Mind
Reiki self-healing works with the concept of passive healing. The Reiki exercises taught in this course are easy to learn and are to help our Reiki students to develop stillness and create physical and mental relaxation and emotional stability. Also, we teach our Reiki students to establish their connection to their breathing, and we show how to remove or neutralise negative thoughts and beliefs which can create energy imbalances leading to health issues.

Reiki 1 is to develop our potential for meditation, which is great for beginners with no experience in meditation and an excellent addition for those with meditation experience who wish to develop and integrate Reiki healing into their own meditation practices
