- Advance Booking: Reserve your session online via PayPal. For alternative payment methods—including Cash, Wise, Thai Bank Transfer, PromptPay, Remitly, or Revolut—please contact us directly.
- Payment Requirement: A deposit is required at the time of booking on our website.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation from us within 12 hours of a successful booking. Please check your spam; if you paid using PayPal, we will send your confirmation to your PayPal email address.
- Balance Due: If you choose the deposit-only option, the remaining balance must be paid in full in cash on the first day of your course before it begins.
- Qigong, Tai Chi & Yoga Discount Deadline: To secure the advanced discount rate, full payment must be settled by midday on the Wednesday before your course starts.
- Reiki One Discount Deadline: To secure the advanced discount rate, a deposit must be settled by the Saturday before your course starts and full payment made before the course starts.
📜 Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy
- Per Person: Each booking requires a separate, dedicated deposit per person.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All course deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your dedicated place in the course.
- Booking Protection: If your travel plans are uncertain, we highly recommend paying the deposit only. This secures your spot while protecting your funds if you need to cancel later.
- Discount Finality: Any discounted full payment completed by the specified deadline is final and non-refundable.
- Commitment Policy: Cancellations or changes of mind after paying a discounted rate cannot be refunded due to the short preparation timeframe and limited class capacity.
🙏 Course Commitment & Attendance
- No Mid-Course Refunds: Once a course has officially begun, we are unable to issue refunds or partial credits for any reason.
- Course Withdrawal: If you choose to leave, discontinue, or miss any parts of the training after the start date, the remaining tuition cannot be refunded or transferred.
✨ Emergency & Force Majeure Policy
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the event of a documented medical emergency or severe travel disruption prior to the course start date, please contact us immediately.
- Credit Transfers: While cash refunds cannot be issued, we will do our best to review emergency cases individually and may offer a partial credit toward a future course or session at our discretion.
